BFF Cousins

These cousins are a riot together! I think we are missing just Kingston here.  Don't these kids just light up the picture?! They sure light up my world!

It was so much fun having Pheob and her fam out with us!  It's such a rarity.  Precious memories are made!

Abby and her chunky monkey sister Elizabeth!  :D

On the Road Again

After we got back to SLC from our nights at the cabin, we spent some time at Mom's house. Hanging out with all the babies. It was fun to just be together.  And the babie cousins are hilarious and adorable!
Mmmmm, eating Sam's arm like a corn on the cob!

Check out those Ellie cheeks!  Chuba-luba-love!

Our 2012 cousins together for the first time: Ellie (born in March), Kingston (born in April) and Des (born in February).

Smack!

"Eat this!"

Sometimes Ellie thinks she can fly!

Holding hands?

Watch the progression of Des and Ellie next to each other...climbing on Ellie....

A good cheese grin!

Awww, looking at each other as bestie friends would.  :0)

Then...attack!

The cutest little Kingston!

Goin home!

Ellie is stylin' with her shades! The drive home was much better than the way up.  I guess she got used to the drive.  We did made up mad libs and listened to good music and talked up a storm.  Sam and Sadie both drove home with us which was super fun!

Happy 5-0 Mom!

We had a little party at grandma's house for my Mom's bday first.  Can you tell I may have forgotten candles?  hehe

And later that night we all met the Colorado folk at Texas Roadhouse for a big bday dinner!  Funny, we all took more pics of all the babies than the bday girl.  It was the first time they had all been together.  It went Des (in the middle)- born Feb 2012, then Ellie March 2012, and then Kingston in April 2012!
3 right in a row!
And here is one with Sammy who has a few months on all of them!
Ellie was the prettiest of the bunch!  :) Only girl.  She'll have lots of cousins to have crushes on!

Sadie....side saddle?

Aunt Time

While my Mom was in town from Utah, Aunt Heather (above) and Jenny (below) came to visit!  We all got to meet our new little cousin & nephew, Desmond too! Ellie & Des were adorable together!

Clobbering Aunt Jenny.

Desert Museum Fun

Cousin love!
We decided to go out to the Desert Museum while Tom & Amy and their kids were still here. It was a good time!

The desert really is beautiful!

Can you hear like a bat?

Fun with Fam

Here are two of Tom's kids, Jack and Gideon, so...my nephews from the LA area--cute stuff!

The adorable Britta, my niece!

I can't say enough how much fun these guys had together.  One of my favorite moments watching them was Jacob, the oldest boy cousin, helping Joey learn how to play baseball.  Joey worshiped the ground he walked on! :)

The line up of cousins...River, Britta, Allison, Maddy, Abby, Gideon & Jacob.  We are just missing Joey & Jack.

Our belly shot together.  I am a month ahead of her, so I CAN  have a bigger belly! :) My sister Jenny is due a month before me, and this sister Pheobe, is due a month after me.  It's so fun!  I love being prego all at the same time!

Thanksgiving Day in Tucson

Thanksgiving was a riot this year!  We had Dave's bro, Tom, and his family come from L.A..  And we had my sister Pheobe & her family come from Round Rock, TX!!  And we also got to have my Dad, Grandma, and sister Jenny & her husband come down from the Mesa valley!  It was a full house and wonderful!

Joey flew up there! Kidding!  The kids (Abby and Joey had 7 cousins here!) played in that empty garbage can for hours!!

The night before Thanksgiving, Tom & Amy helped us make our little turkey name tag holders.  We couldn't find white frosting tubes...so they got black and pink eyes! LOL

Joey could barely resist eating them...such restraint! :)

I think they turned out cute!  I went a little crazy and make some of them quite unique.

My wonderful Dad helped me do so much of the cooking!  He is an amazing chef!  I never could have pulled it off without him.

The kids played together non stop!  Abby and Joey were in heaven!

Of course it's tradition to eat a relish trey all afternoon 'til dinner...while we look at the black friday ads! :)

Table 1 crew...

Table 2 crew...

We had a great time, and the food was delicious!  We are so grateful for wonderful family love and support.  We seriously have the best family ever!  So much to be grateful for all through the year.  But one thing we can't help but feel immensely blessed by, is being surrounded by loved ones on Thanksgiving day!  Thank you to everyone who made the long trek to come to Tucson and stay with us!  We love you all!
