Panties all the Way!

Here is Abby in her undies-- yeah for potty training! We love being done with toddler diapers for now. We still have our harder days, but for the most part we've got a big girl on our hands...who's expecting a baby brother pretty soon here!

The Doll

So Abby loves to do her "eyes". This was the first time she'd gotten to the make-up bag and had enough time to go for it! I turned her around and pointed to the mirror and we all got a good laugh!

Look at those big dark eyes! Although she has a look of concern on her face, those eyes just make you want to HUG her don't they?
Our music lover LOVED the mp3 player. She did find that plugging it into her nose didn't do much. :D
Licking the cream cup!

Our Christmas Tree

Abby helped us hold the tree to the car all the way home!

There she is! She smelled our house up all pretty like for quite some time! We used her until she was dropping needles when we sneezed in the back room of our house! lol

Green Omers

We Finally Put Grass in! WOOOHOOO!

The starting look!

Dave did so much work to just get ready to lay the grass down. He is wonderful!

The final result is wonderful! We love it! It just feels so nice go out and feel soft grass under our feet and to look out the back door and see green! Abby loves to play out back for hours now (yah!). One step at a time we are finishing our back yard. We've been in the house a little over 2 years now...so it's about time for grass eh? Hope you all know you are welcome to come visit and have a picnic any time! :)

Here's a quick shot of the Fall time vegis we have planted. Hopefully we'll harvest some yummy brocolli, spinach, lettace and onions sometime! :)

Yeah for Hair!

So this was the first shot of Abby with a pony tail... Yeah! Sometimes we can even get two up there. And yes, they only point straight UP and OUT for now...but we're just happy she's got a little hair finally! Woohoo!

Dedicated to Abigail

This is for Abby who can't live without 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" or Watermelon!

We had quite the collection of watermelons come out of our garden this year. They weren't super flavorful (who knows why not?), but they had other uses as you can see and sure looked pretty from the outside! :)

The Tucson Zoo is Awesome!

We love to go to our zoo. It's not too big and it's got fun animals and great shade! We recommend it to all! While Pheob and her kiddos were in town back in...November :) we went with my friend Alana and her cutie Kira. It was good times!

TAG: What Am I Reading?

Here are the Rules:

1. Get the book that's on your nightstand (or whatever you happen to be reading).

2. Open it to page 56 and find the 5th sentence.

3. Post the next couple of sentences on your blog, along with these instructions.

4. Do not go and find your favorite book; it has to be the one you are reading now!

5. Tag five other people to do the same.

So here's mine: The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Emmuska Orczy, pg 56:

"Sir Percy Blakeney had travelled a great deal abroad, before he brought home his beautiful, young, French wife. The fashionable circles of the time were ready to receive them both with open arms; Sir Percy was rich, his wife was accomplished, the Prince of Wales took a very great liking to them both."

I'm not sure who to tag...anyone who is reading a good book, and wants to share or play tag! (leave a comment so I know to look at your blog for it!)

She's Growing Up!

Trying, Oh so hard!
A little frustrated, but finally, success!

So, I'm not sure how to edit the videos yet, so watch for a bit if you'd like. And when I start singing...and Abby does not follow...push stop! Ok? Oh, and sorry I missed the few seconds right before the video starts when she was actually walking in the shoes. Next time I'll catch it!

Our little ham!

I couldn't decide which one to post...so you get them both!

The Big Night!

Here's our little super girl on Halloween Night!

This was the only shot we could get of her standing still! And she hadn't even consumed any candy yet! Ka-ramba!

I took her up and down our street to trick-or-treat for the first time. We wanted to say hi to neighbors...and hey, like I'm going to let Abby eat all the candy! :) She got the hang of it but was either deathly afraid of or highly distracted by most of the decorations in the yards and at the doors. And we found out that almost ALL of our neighbors have dogs- she enjoyed that part!

It was SOO hard for her not to dig into that candy at every stopping moment! Here she's on a porch and she just had to peek and touch the candy that she couldn't believe was before her eyes...and all hers... or so she thought!

Examining the goods! We couldn't open them fast enough! :)

Ward Halloween Party

We went to our ward party as Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Super Girl!

Dave even parted his hair and did the curl on his forehead! He looked hot! I'm the Lois before this last new Superman movie....(pregnant...)! :)

Daddy like Daughter!

When Clark met Superman....Wha?

Immediately best buds!

She's got a devilish look on her face (if you can open the full sized pic)...her tongue is curled....she's been eating candy and playing in the balloons endlessly here! And thinking...could life get any better than halloween? lol

"Carven' Punkns"

These are our two pumpkins grown in our garden! Yeah! It was so cool to cut them open and see that they looked like real, store bought pumpkins even on the inside! I don't know, I guess I was afraid they'd be different or fake or something! :) lol

Dave was the Knife Man!

Abby and I were the Spooners & Gutterers!

Abby doesn't really like things that stick to her, but she did pretty well in the long run! She didn't flick too many pumpkin gutts on the floor!
You can see a little of my prego belly here. I am 6 months along! Isn't that crazy?
And sorry, I forgot to take final pictures of the actually carved pumpkins. Duh! I think you'll see one in a picture from halloween night though.
